This project was designed to enhance the participation of Métis women in governance. Created to address organizational capacity needs, it allows for the promotion of social and systemic change towards gender equity, enhancing women’s rights.
This project aims to improve the governance and advocacy capacity of IWS to better serve Métis women and their communities in Manitoba. An important part of the IWS Strategic Plan is to deliver further governance, advocacy, and Board training to Métis women throughout Manitoba.
